Entry requirements
- KCSE mean grade D+
- 1 year practical work experience
- Mature applicants, over the age of 21 who do not posses the above qualifications may be admitted at the discretion of the Principal or Director of Studies of the local ICM teaching Centre.

The Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Marketing Advertising and Public Relations takes 1 year.
MODES OF STUDY
FULL – TIME CLASSES
There are two full – time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
PART – TIME (Evening) CLASSES
There are two part-time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday 5:30 pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30 to 1:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm
Distance Learning

Certification
On successful completion of all part 1 subjects a student is awarded the ICM Diploma in Marketing Advertising and Public Relations and on successful completion of all part 1 and 2 subjects a student is awarded the ICM Advanced Diploma in Marketing Advertising and Public Relations
Continuing Education
Subject to status and grades obtained, holders of the Advanced Diploma in Marketing Advertising and Public Relations who wish to undertake degree level studies in Communication or Marketing may offer the qualification for degree entry purposes.
