About the Course
- Covers all the major business studies areas and topics the ICM Diploma in Business studies program which is in 3 levels provides a comprehensive knowledge of each of the major business functions.
- The structure of the course ensures that the students have the widest possible range of career, employment and higher education options open to them on completion of their studies.
- The program is divided into three levels Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma each taking 6 months
Entry requirements
- KCSE mean grade D+
- Applicants over the age of 19 and with at least 2 years working experience can be admitted into the program.
Intakes to the Program
There are two intakes into the programs in January and July.
Duration
The program takes 1 and a half years.
MODES OF STUDY
FULL – TIME CLASSES
There are two full – time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
PART – TIME (Evening) CLASSES
There are two part-time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday 5:30 pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30 to 1:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm

Continuing Education
The Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Business Studies are recognized by other Professional examining bodies for subject and level exemption purposes. They may also be offered as an entrance qualification for degree studies (subject to status and examination grades obtained).
