- At Least two years appropriate work experience (A letter from employers must accompany such an application), or
- Certificate in Business Administration
Advanced Diploma in Business Administration

- ABE Diploma in Business Administration
- A degree from a recognized university
Intakes to the Program
There are two intakes to all four levels of the program (Certificate, Diploma 1 and 2 and Advanced Diploma), in January and July.
Duration
Each level takes 6 months
MODES OF STUDY
FULL – TIME CLASSES
There are two full – time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm
PART – TIME (Evening) CLASSES
There are two part-time courses each year.
1st Semester: Early January to early May
Monday – Friday 5:30 pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30 to 1:00pm
2nd Semester: Early July to early November
Monday – Friday 5:30pm to 7:30pm, Saturday 8:30am to 1:00pm
Distance Learning

Continuing Education
ABE qualifications (Diploma and Advanced Diploma) are accepted as advanced level entry qualifications to degree programs in local and overseas universities.
Examination & Registration
- Examinations are conducted by the Kenya National Examinations Council with whom students must register.
- Examinations are held twice a year in July and November.
- Examinations registration is done in February for the July examinations and July for the November examinations.
